Veggie Burger

 

What You'll Need

  1. Your favorite veggie patties (I like Morning Star spicy black bean)

  2. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  3. Whole-grain buns

  4. Vegetable cooking spray

  5. Assorted burger toppings (avocado, tomato, lettuce, pickle, sprouts, onion, cheese)

What To Do

  1. Brown the patties using the vegetable spray.

  2. If you want cheese, put the slice on the patty after it's been flipped.

  3. Spread mustard on the buns before placing the burger.

  4. Place your favorite topping on the bun.
