Stuffed Tomato Salad

What You'll Need

  1. 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  2. 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  3. tomato
  4. sprouts

What To Do

  • Mix cottage cheese with sunflower seeds in a bowl

  • Cut the top off of a tomato, and scoop out the seeds

  • Fill the tomato with the cottage cheese and sunflower mixture

  • Top with fresh sprouts

  • Serve for salad, snack, or lunch
