Place the second pie crust on top and pinch together the edges
Cut a design in the top crust and brush with egg whites

Return to the oven for another 20 minutes, remove and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Variations & Recommendations
If you can't find the Worthington Stew (ask for it by name at nature marts) you can substitute Vegetarian Chili and make Chili Pot Pies. For the Veggies, substitute green peppers, tomatoes, onion, and peas along with cheese. Top with a dollop of sour cream.
For a twist, make individual pot pies with small baking dishes
Serve with a fresh green salad for a complete meal
