What To Do
-- cut croissant dough into 4 equal pieces. roll the dough into balls. cook the dough balls as directed, checking regularly until golden brown.
-- allow the bread to cool. I try to cook the bread to day before -- store the baked bread balls in the refrigerator with a paper towel to absorbe any moisture.
-- cut the bread balls in half and start making sandwiches.
Hint: this recipe uses the same ingredients as the Rock'n Roll-Ups, easily make both for party variety!
