What You'll Need
Pie crust
cinnamon
coconut
sugar sprinkles
What To Do
Sprinkle ingredients on the pie crust, and use a rolling pin to embed stuff. (above: green sugar with coconut/right: red sugar with cinnamon)
Cut the dough into strips. Twist the strips and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cook until they just begin to turn brown.
I made this recipe
up this Christmas. I wanted to make something that was warm, easy & quick,
and festive for everybody to enjoy with coffee while we opened gifts.
I was really surprised at how much everybody enjoyed them! I'll probably make
them again next year.
