What
To Do

Mince the
garlic or mash it with a garlic press

Measure
and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Squeeze
the lemons in to the mix.

Mash with
a fork to blend well. (For a smoother hummus, you can blend the
ingredients in a blender.)

Season
with salt and/or pepper.

Serve with
chopped vegetables, pita bread, or crackers.

It's also
yummy as a sandwich spread.
