Guacamole and
Tortilla Chips |

What You'll Need
FOR THE TORTILLA CHIPS
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- Salt for Sprinkling
FOR THE GUACAMOLE
- 4 ripe Avocados
- 1/2 cup hot salsa
- 2 tablespoons fresh Lemon
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup chopped Tomato
- 1 clove finely chopped Garlic

What To Do
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Cut each tortilla into 8 equal wedges and arrange in a single
layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt
- Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 5 minutes or until crispy.
Then remove to chill
- Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Scoop the avocado away
from the skin with a spoon into a medium bowl. Keep the pit in
the mix to help maintain freshness
- Mash the avocadoes with a large fork
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
