Biscuit Bite Italy

What You'll Need

  1. 2 packages refrigerated biscuit dough (8 per package)
  2. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  3. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  5. 1 can black olives, chopped
  6. Oregano

What To Do

  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Using your hands,  flatten each biscuit
  • Place 8 flattened biscuits on a baking sheet, 1 inch apart
  • Place sauce, each kind of cheese, olives, and a pinch or oregano on top of each biscuit
  • Using the remaining 8 flattened biscuits, cover the topped biscuits
  • Use a fork to seal the edges of the two layers
  • Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before eating
