Bake the potatoes in the oven for at least an hour
-- the more potatoes you're cooking, the more time they'll
need. (To speed up the process, stab a butter knife through
the potatoes whiled cooking.)

While the potatoes are cooking, brown the breakfast
strips and set aside

Allow the potatoes to cool.

Then cut the potato in half, being careful not to
tear the skin

Scoop the potato out of the skin and into a bowl

Add the ingredients and mash it all together

When thoroughly mixed, scoop the mixture back into
the halves of the potato skin

Top with grated cheese and Breakfast Strips

Return the potato to the oven to brown the cheese
