Measure the vinegar into a bowl, and add water to
almost the top of the bowl

Peel the potatoes, and slice them into thin French
fry strips

Drop the potatoes into the bowl of vinegar water
after you slice them

Soak for 5 minutes

Remove the potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel

Lightly oil a cookie sheet with oil using a paper
towel

Put the potato strips on the cookie sheet

Melt the margarine, drizzle it over the potatoes,
and toss them to coat evenly

Sprinkle them with salt (You can also use paprika,
onion powder, or other seasonings to give your potatoes a zing)

bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 375 degrees

Remove and let cool before enjoying your snack
